"Paris" was written after Sabrina's 17th birthday in May 2017, right after her trip to Paris. The lyric "Why'd it take so long for me to know this? Scared to put the water with the roses." is Sabrina's favorite from Singular Act I. This song was released as the first promotional single on October 25, 2017. There was also a music video for the song, directed by Jasper Cable-Alexander and released on December 21, 2017. Lyrically, "Paris" has a double meaning: falling in love with a person in a foreign place, or falling in love with the foreign place itself.
