"Eyes Wide Open" is the title track and second single from Sabrina's first studio album. The song won the Best Anthem category at the Radio Disney Awards in 2016. This song is Sabrina's favorite on the Eyes Wide Open album. In particular, "Everybody loves to tell me I was born an old soul" is Sabrina's favorite lyric on the entire album. The song was one of the last to be recorded for the album, and was recorded during a time where Sabrina said she was finding herself. Given this, Sabrina decided to make this song more soulful than the rest of the songs on the album. The music video was recorded in California and premiered on June 14, 2015, directed by Sarah McClung.
